Problems as Challenges. How To Work Around It

Okay, you have been living your life the best you know how to, you have been putting in so much to stay out of problems, but this week just doesn’t seem to be free of problems, there are and there will be times like this.

If you are afraid of encountering problems, then you will not progress. So far as you are moving, it is unavoidable that you will step on someone’s toe or kick a stone.

For the past two weeks this seemed to be my dilemma. In the first, I was paying a fee online using a friend’s debit card when I was heavily overcharged, now that is a problem to solve, or risk my friend thinking I intentionally took the cash.

Decision Making and Life performance. To Change Your Attitude Towards Decision Making.

The power to make Decisions is a leader’s quality.

Lack of decision making ability is one of the causes of Excessive anger, broken relationships, Dream failure, low self-esteem, low self-value and low self-worth, in summary, it is the reason you are not succeeding as a leader.

When you were a child you were never burdened with the responsibility of making decisions, you enjoyed the grace of adult’s decision, even if at times you were never comfortable with some of it.

Children are not given the responsibility of making major decisions, because every decision or choice comes with a price, either positive or negative.

The choices you make determines how much you know, value and like yourself. Refusing to make a choice is a choice on its own.

The power to make a choice was given to you long ago. Some people are still hunted by the shadows of childhood, in which adults were their sole decision makers and so they fail to make decision themselves.

The Principle of Focus. The One at a Time

Okay, I know you have so many ideas, and you can even lend some to the world and still have enough left over for yourself, but I also know that if you do not apply the principle of focus you won’t be able to use any of those ideas to its full potential.

It is commonly very tempting to squeeze the whole sweet cake into your tiny mouth, but we both know what happens when you attempt to do that, the fun suddenly turns into a struggle.

So many ideas at a time is as dangerous as no ideas at all. Why did I say that? People do have so many ideas and never accomplish any. They get choked up trying to accomplish all of it at a time. When you are choked, you may spit it out.

Being a jack of all trade and a master of none will not take you very far. But becoming a master in one at a time is much better.

Probably you have heard this before “Bite what you can chew”, but you have never understood it. Let me tell you about it.
